A narrow alley that runs between the Shelter Bay Tavern and the Met Office. The alley ends at a T intersection with another alley running North and South behind the Tavern and the Met Office. The other side of the intersection is a large warehouse and a smaller building that appears to be a store front of some sort. There is a sign above the door of the store that says "Fortunes Told" with silver moons and stars on a black background. The store front has a large window in the center of which is an unlit neon sign in the shape of an upraised palm with an eye in the middle. Heavy velvet curtains obscure the inside of the store.
